BlackBirdPixel Business Policy
Booking Fee:
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure a booking. This fee is deducted from the total cost of the shoot and is not refundable in case of cancellation by the client.
Expense Reimbursement:
The client is responsible for reimbursing the photographer for any expenses incurred during the planning of the shoot, such as location fees, permit costs, or travel expenses.
Cancellation Policy:
If the client cancels the shoot after a specific date (e.g., after the date is fixed), they are required to pay for any expenses already incurred by the photographer, including studio rental, equipment rental, photographer, and videographer fees.
Rescheduling:
If the client needs to reschedule the shoot, they must notify the photographer as soon as possible. The availability of the photographer, studio, and any other necessary resources cannot be guaranteed for rescheduled dates.
Payment Terms:
Payment for the shoot is due on or before the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of the shoot.
Image Delivery:
The photographer will deliver the final edited images within a specified timeframe, as agreed upon in the booking contract. Additional editing or rush delivery may incur extra charges.
Usage Rights:
The client agrees to the personal, non-commercial use of the images. Any commercial use of the images requires prior written consent from the photographer and may incur additional fees.
Client Cooperation:
The client agrees to cooperate with the photographer to ensure the success of the shoot, including following any instructions regarding posing, location, or timing.
Liability:
The photographer is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss to the client or their property during the shoot, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Force Majeure:
The photographer is not liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under the contract if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.
